Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Topshotz Billiards products purchased by consumers directly from www.topshotz.com.au. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, however understand faults can occur, be it damages from delivery or issues with the product. Know that if this should occur, we have you covered and will resolve this immediately. We do not provide Returns and Exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.
For applicable returns & exchange services, simply return the goods within the 7 days period and we will refund payment of the returned goods to your account. Please ensure when products are returned, they should be packed well and remain unopened
Returning a product
Although www.topshotz.com.au products are packaged and checked very carefully, damages or errors may occur in transit.
- Please contact us through our online contact window email@example.com within 7 days and provide us with your details, including name, phone number, address, order number and member number. Also, the reasons you want to return products needs to be included.
- Return Number will be provided by the Topshotz Billiards Customer Service Team.
- All items should be returned in its original, unworn and unwashed condition with all packages still intact. Pack the product in its original box.
- Please wrap or pack the products carefully. If products are missing or damaged during transit back, this may affect your rights and a fee may be charged depending on the level of damage.

When we receive your returned order, we will credit the payment to your account. Please allow a few working days for your credit to be successfully processed.
We will only accept items that meet these standards unless an accompanying detailed explanation is given, at which the decision to accept items returned as such, will remain at the discretion of Topshotz Billiards.
If the amount isn’t enough for any promotion after returning products, Topshotz Billiards will cancel it.
Credit for the payment of any goods that you send back to us or credits applied for any other reason, will be applied to your credit card within 5 working days.

Exchange a product
Exchanging a product is not permitted due to the freight fee you will be responsible for to and back which makes it unfeasible for our valued customers. If this is a matter you would like to pursue further, please contact our customer service team through our online contact window at email@example.com. We will endeavour to assist you to the best of our ability.
